Вплив інтелектуальної власності на розвиток промислових революцій

Abstract

У статті проведено поглиблений системний аналіз розвитку інноваційних технологій в періоди першої, другої, третьої та четвертої промислових революцій. Визначено етапи індустріалізації, від впровадження механічного виробничого обладнання до цифровізації і автоматизації, до «Індустрії 4.0» з встановленням зв'язків між усіма зацікавленими сторонами. Визначено сутність Індустрії 4.0 (четвертої промислової революції). Розглянуто два погляди у впливі інтелектуальної власності до розвитку промислових революцій: як такі, що при впровадженні інновацій зумовило серію змін у всіх галузях економіки та розповсюдження нових патентів та конструкцій, та такий, де вказується на недоліки патентування в якості монополістично стримуючих факторів розвитку та форсування промислових революцій. Зазначено висновок щодо впливу інтелектуальної власності до розвитку промислових революцій. Надано аналіз стану та етапів, здобутків промислових революцій в Україні.

The article provides a systematic analysis of the development of innovative technologies during the first, second, third and fourth industrial revolutions. The industrialization process is formulated and includes the following chapters: introduction of mechanical production equipment, digitalization and automation, as well as the "Industry 4.0" connecting all the interested parties. The definition of the Industry 4.0 (the fourth industrial revolution) is given. Two views on the influence of intellectual property on the development of industrial revolutions are considered: those that led to a series of changes in all sectors of the economy and those that led to the spread of new patents and designs, and one that points to the shortcomings of patenting as a monopolistic deterrent development factors and enforcement of industrial revolutions. The conclusion on the influence of intellectual property on the development of industrial revolutions is stated. An analysis of the state and chapters, achievements of industrial revolutions in Ukraine is given.
