dc.description.abstractThe presented article is to characterize current trends in physical development in young to middle age, and make some predictions regarding these trends in the future. These tasks are closely related to the development of education, promotion of a healthy lifestyle and ensuring the availability of physical education and sports for all categories and ages. It is known that the physical condition of the population of different age groups is, first of all, currently problematic, which is associated with negative changes in the lifestyle of the modern population in recent decades.
