Фінансова допомога Україні у кризових умовах: міжнародний аспект

Abstract

У статті розглядається значення міжнародної фінансової допомоги в економічному розвитку України. Проаналізовано поточний стан цієї допомоги, її форми та види, включаючи технічну допомогу, фінансову допомогу, роботи, послуги. Особливу увагу приділено правовому регулюванню міжнародної допомоги та її впливу на економіку України. Висвітлено проблеми та виклики, пов’язані з оптимізацією використання міжнародної допомоги для досягнення стратегічних цілей розвитку України. Розглянуто механізми ефективного використання цих ресурсів та їх вплив на розвиток економіки в кризових ситуаціях. Визначено напрями подальших досліджень щодо підвищення ефективності використання міжнародних фінансових ресурсів. This article examines the significant role of international financial assistance in shaping Ukraine's economic development. It emphasizes the importance of such aid in the context of modern global economies and examines the legal framework in Ukraine that governs international aid. The article begins by addressing the urgent need to analyze the role and effectiveness of international financial assistance in Ukraine. The issue is the optimization of this aid to enhance Ukraine's economic stability and development, in times of economic crisis. The main objective of the article is to provide a comprehensive overview of the current state of international financial assistance in Ukraine. Key tasks include examining the different forms and types of international aid, assessing their impact on Ukraine's economic processes, and outlining directions for future research in this area. The article describes the various forms of international assistance that Ukraine receives, including technical and financial assistance. It highlights how this assistance can include assets necessary for project implementation, imported or acquired in Ukraine, thereby enhancing technical and material capabilities, promoting innovative solutions. Financial resources, such as grants in local or foreign currency, are another important aspect of international technical assistance. These resources contribute to financial stability and enable the implementation of development plans. The article details how the recipients of this aid – whether individuals or legal entities – benefit from international assistance within specific projects.
