Abstract
В статье рассмотрены и обоснованы преимущества использования сухих композиционных смесей Ready to Use (RTU) в шликерной технологии эмалирования стальных изделий. Обоснован выбор
стеклокомпонента и тугоплавких наполнителей в композиции. Установлено влияние тугоплавких наполнителей на плавкостные характеристики смесей и химическую стойкость покрытий.
The paper considers the benefits of the dry composite mixtures Ready to Use (RTU) using in the slip enamelling technology of steel products. The choice of glass component and refractory fillers in the composition is justified. The influence of refractory fillers on melting characteristics of mixtures and chemical resistance of coatings are established.
