Abstract

Today's powerful production of soda ash is exceptionally large material consumption equipment and large environmental emissions of ammonia to the atmosphere. It is determine the need for purification of gas emissions from ammonia. After analyzing the known design of devices for purification of exhaust gases we have developed new design of a counter flow vortex apparatus for intensification of the process of absorption of gas emissions from soda ash production. Design provides increased throughput of gas and liquid with the lowest hydraulic resistance.
