Анотація
Стаття присвячена розгляду такої актуальної проблеми, як конкурентноздатність майбутнього фахівця. Проведено аналіз різних підходів до визначення понять “конкуренція”, “конкурентоздатність”, “конкурентоспроможність фахівця”, визначено сутність поняття “конкурентноздатність інженера-педагога” і виокремлено її основні компоненти. Автор зазначає, що сучасна професійна освіта має бути спрямована саме на формування конкурентоздатності у майбутніх фахівців.
The article is devoted to the actual problems such as the competitiveness of the future expert engineering-pedagogical profile. Modern society places ever increasing demands on the preparation of students. Higher education institutions do not fully use their potential for the preparation of competitive specialists, can not fully form in the minds of the students model their future real activity. The author analyzes the different approaches to the definition of "competition", "competitive", "competitiveness specialist". In the study, the concept of "competitiveness" refined and defined as an integral characteristic of the personality of the future engineer-teacher, which is expressed in a set of personal and professional qualities, as well as professional orientation knowledge and skills, attitudes that determine the success of professional work with respect to its organization in terms of requirements and requests of employers and job market. The study also highlighted the competitiveness of such components engineer-teacher: motivational-cognitive, personal and reflexive-activity-evaluation. The essential characteristic of each of the structural components of competitiveness can reveal the relationship between them, define the role of each in the process of formation of competitiveness of future professionals in the learning process in higher educational establishments. The author notes that a modern professional education should be aimed specifically at the competitiveness of the formation of future specialists.
