Російська модель управління: особливості формування та протиріччя змісту

Abstract

В статті розглянуто особливості функціонування і розвитку російської моделі управління з прийняттям до уваги історичних аспектів її формування та практики реалізації. Крім того, в статті наведено результати аналізу змісту російської моделі управління в контексті особливостей прояву основних ментальних характеристик її представників. Стаття містить висновки щодо загальної характеристики російської моделі управління та змісту принципів її функціонування.The article shows the features of functioning and development of the Russian model of governance with taking into account the historical aspects of formation and implementation practices. In addition, the article provides an analysis of the content of the Russian model of governance in the context of expressing the features of mental characteristics of its representatives. This article contains general conclusions about the characteristics of the content of Russian model of governance and principles of its operation.
