Ефективність діяльності промислових підприємств України на основі впровадження інновацій

Abstract

Аналіз сучасного стану ефективності промислових підприємств показує, що існує ряд проблем в Україні, головними з них є: відсутність інвестицій, дефіцит сучасних технологій, розробок та обладнання, відтік кваліфікованих кадрів за кордон. Тому для покращення результативності виробництва промислової продукції варто якнайшвидше перейти до нової парадигми економічного розвитку, для чого необхідно створити належні умови покращить результативність виробництва промислової продукції для стимулювання інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності за рахунок розвитку високотехнологічних галузей промисловості, орієнтованих на заміщення імпорту продукції її внутрішнім виробництвом з подальшим експортом.

In the structure of the national economy, industry occupies a prominent place, and each year sales volumes of industrial products are only rising, but at the same time, industrial enterprises remain loss-making and, accordingly, not profitable, which means inefficiency of their activity. The analysis of the current state of the efficiency of industrial enterprises shows that there are a number of problems in Ukraine, the main ones are: lack of investments, shortage of modern technologies, developments and equipment, outflow of skilled personnel abroad. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of production of industrial products, it is necessary to move as quickly as possible to a new paradigm of economic development, which requires the creation of appropriate conditions, which will improve the efficiency of production of industrial products to stimulate investment and innovation through the development of high-tech industries that are focused on substituting imports of products with its domestic production with subsequent export.
