Практическая реконструкция системы подогревателей сахарного сока перед выпариванием

Abstract

The question of practical retrofit of the system of heaters of thin saccharine juice before evaporation with changing the tubular heat exchangers on plate ones is considered. Calculations of two steam heat-exchangers and one condensate heater of juice, which have two connections for juice from the side of frame and pressure plates, are given. The monitoring of heat-exchangers work showed that increase of pressure drops by compared to calculations took place. In addition, due to the off-grade purification of juice, surface of heat transfer was fouled and double increase of pressure drops is observed after 1,5 month from the beginning of work
