Підвищення ефективності інноваційної діяльності підприємства

Abstract

Досліджено сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних питань управління інноваційним розвитком підприємств на етапі модернізації вітчизняної економіки. Зроблено спробу виявити сутність інноваційної системи підприємств в умовах ринкової економіки інноваційного періоду. Сформульовано основні проблеми організації управління інноваційним розвитком підприємств та пропозиції щодо вдосконалення механізму прийняття управлінських рішень в процесі реалізації інноваційної стратегії підприємства.We have studied a set of theoretical, methodological and practical issues of managing of innovative development of companies on stage of modernization of the national economy. We have made an attempt to identify the nature of the innovation system of enterprises in the conditions of market economy of the innovative period. We have formulated the basic problems of management of innovative development of enterprises and made suggestions for improving the mechanism of decision-making in the implementation of innovative business strategy of a company.
