Аналіз ринку молочної галузі України та прогноз його розвитку

Abstract

У статті проведено аналіз ринку молочної галузі України, виявлено загальні тенденції ринку молочної продукції в Україні. У роботі узагальнено фактори, які впливають на формування ринку молочної продукції, виокремлено особливості вітчизняного молочного ринку, виявлені причини незадовільної якості молочної продукції України. В статті розроблено прогноз та надані рекомендації щодо подальшого розвитку молочної галузі.

In the article the dairy industry of Ukraine is analyzed. Dairy industry, which consists of butter, cheese, dairy sub-sector and production of whole milk, is one of the leading food industry in the structure of Ukraine at the present stage. In the article the general trends of the market of dairy products in Ukraine, the factors that influence on the formation of the dairy market and the features of the domestic milk market are summarized. In the article the forecast of the dairy industry is conducted. In the 2016 the significant changes of the market of dairy industry can be expected. Rather, the amount of milk yields will be reduced, which could lead to a significant rise of dairy products. However, the main problem of the dairy market in Ukraine is still the modernization of production.
