Моніторинг багаторічних рослин в лісосмугах на сході України в умовах впливу військових дій

Abstract

В роботі розглядаються багаторічні рослини, дерева двох видів клену та пірамідальна тополя лісосмуг східних областей України що потерпали від антропогенного втручання та впливу військових дій. За результатами досліджень оцінено зміни в видовому й віковому складі та визначено можливості швидкого відновлення лісосмуг в якості захисної складової від процесів ерозії в сільському господарстві. Для обраних видів наведено їх головні екологічні особливості, переваги та недоліки. The study analyzed perennial plant species, including two maple species and Lombardy poplar, in shelterbelts in eastern Ukraine that suffered from human impacts and military actions. The study's results assessed changes in species and age composition and identified potential for rapid restoration of shelterbelts as a protective component of agricultural erosion processes. Norway maple was shown to be the best species for shelterbelt impacts, having proven itself to be effective both under normal anthropogenic loads and in conditions of full-scale military actions, ground and crown fires. In the absence of aggressive invasive herbaceous plants, such as ragweed, tree restoration in shelterbelts takes 5 to 10 years, depending on the severity of impact. The selected species' main ecological characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages are presented.
