Анотація
У статті визначено зовнішні фактори впливу на внутрішній ринок товарів. Серед основних визначено фактори соціального та інформаційно-технологічного характеру. Сформовано відповідні ключові показники оцінки факторів соціального та інформаційно-технологічного характеру. Досліджено динаміку факторів, визначено параметри оцінки їх впливу на внутрішній ринок товарів. Проведено оцінку ризику зміни факторів соціального та інформаційно-технологічного характеру та визначено пріоритетність кожного з них при розробці стратегії забезпечення розвитку внутрішнього ринку.
The development of the internal market of goods is influenced by external factors. Assessing the impact of external factors is necessary to make informed decisions to ensure the further development of the domestic market. For evaluation it is necessary to create a list of external factors that influence the development of the domestic market of goods. The most common method for evaluating external factors is PEST-analysis. According to PEST-analysis, external factors are considered in the context of four major segments: social, technological, economic and political factors. For each segment, it is necessary to determine the list of factors that can influence the development of the internal market of goods. Within the scope of this study, it is proposed to assess the impact on the domestic commodity market of factors of social and informational and technological nature. Each of the factors is provided with a key indicator, the dynamics of which can be traced for the period under study. It is suggested to social factors include the demographic situation, the health of the nation, the level of education, the standard of living of the population, health care and living conditions. For social factors that have a positive content load are the average expected life expectancy at birth, the expected duration of training, the number of physicians per 1000 population, the total housing area per inhabitant. The indicators of a social nature that have a negative content load include the ratio of total population decline and the proportion of people with incomes lower than the subsistence minimum. The information and technological factors proposed include the use of information and communication technologies, the expansion of technological capabilities of production, innovation activity, innovation in production, inventiveness and technological level of production. In the area of information technology use, there was an improvement with moderate variability of the key indicator values, but the effect of this factor is moderate. All social factors and most informational and technological factors relate to the second sector of the matrix. The exception is the technological level of production, which belongs to the first sector.The obtained results of the research are useful in forecasting changes in the development coefficients in pessimistic and optimistic scenarios.
