Формування духовності та вiдповiдальності як невід'ємних складових розвитку життєвої компетентності особистості

Abstract

Розглянуто питання сутності та змісту понять "духовність" та "відповідальність", вказано на їхнє місце у структурі життєвої компетентності. Показано умови, які сприяють розвитку духовності та формуванню відповідальності, а також зазначено ті обставини, що затримують симбіоз їхнього впливу на життєствердження особистості, зокрема керівника. Зазначено структуру духовності, та схематично відтворено фактори, що безпосередньо впливають на формування відповідальності.The questions of the essence and content of the concepts "spirituality" and "responsibility" are considered, their place in the structure of life competence is indicated. Conditions are shown that contribute to the development of spirituality and the formation of responsibility, as well as points to the circumstances that delay the symbiosis of their influence on the life affirmation of the individual, in particular the leader. The structure of spirituality is indicated, and factors directly influencing the formation of responsibility are schematically reproduced.
