Ресурсне забезпечення розвитку лідерських якостей у процесі особистісно-професійного становлення майбутнього вчителя

Abstract

Проаналізовано сучасну систему педагогічної освіти, в рамках якої необхідно застосовувати нові підходи до процесу формування лідерських якостей у майбутніх вчителів. Здійснено аналіз внутрішнього потенціалу особистості, як ресурсу забезпечення розвитку лідерських якостей майбутнього вчителя. З’ясовано, що важливим компонентом перетворення внутрішнього потенціалу особистості майбутнього вчителя на ресурсне забезпечення розвитку лідерських якостей є професійна самосвідомість суб’єкта, яка включає здатність здійснювати аналіз лідерських ідентифікацій у професійному середовищі та формувати власний «Я-образ» лідера у структурі професійної діяльності та взаємовідносин. Встановлено, що професійна «Я-концепція» є важливим елементом ресурсного забезпечення розвитку лідерських якостей майбутнього вчителя.

The modern system of pedagogical education is analyzed, within the framework of which it is necessary to apply new approaches to the process of formation of leadership qualities for future teachers. The analysis of the internal potential of the individual as a resource for ensuring the development of the leadership qualities of the future teacher is carried out. It is revealed that an important component of the transformation of the internal potential of the personality of the future teacher to the resourceful development of leadership qualities is the professional self-consciousness of the subject, which includes the ability to analyze the leader identities in the professional environment and to form his own "I-image" leader in the structure of professional activity and relationships. It has been established that the professional "I-concept" is an important element of resource provision for the development of the leadership qualities of the future teacher.
