Abstract

В статті розглядається проблема формування управлінської культури як складової професійної компетентності фахівця. У сучасній науковій літературі питанню становлення та формування управлінської культури приділяється увага у контексті виховання та навчання майбутніх керівників та управлінців. У сьогоднішніх реаліях управлінську культуру повинен мати фахівець будь-якої галузі.The article considers the problem of the formation of administrative culture like of the component of the professional competence of a specialist. In the modern scientific literature, the issue of the formation of administrative culture is paid attention in the context of the upbringing and education of future managers and chives. However, in today's realities we believe that a specialist in any industry should have an administrative culture.
