Моделювання соціалізаційних процесів студенства засобами інноваційних психологічних технологій (трансформаційних ігор)

Abstract

У статті аналізуються соціалізовані процеси і кризові ситуації в студентські роки. Наводиться опис трансформаційних коучінгових ігор, що моделюють ситуа-ції в області особистісних, групових і професійних відносин. Розглядаються ре-зультати дослідження ціннісних протиріч у майбутніх фахівців в умовах моделю-вання кар'єрного шляху за допомогою коучингової трансформаційної гри «Призначення». Представлені дані спостережень щодо гендерних особливостей типових ціннісних протиріч майбутніх фахівців.The article analyzes socialized processes and crisis situations in student years. In particular, the results of socialization processes are the mastery of all the diversity of adult social roles in various spheres of social relations and in such areas of life as professional, social and personal. The results of the study of value contradictions in future specialists in conditions of the career path modeling with the coaching transformation game «Destination» are considered in the article. Observational data about gender peculiarities of future specialists typical value contradictions are presented.
