Соціально-психологічна природа феномену лідерства

Abstract

Суперечлива природа феномену лідерства зумовлена поєднанням у ньому індивідуального характеру особистості лідера та суспільного характеру його прояву. Водночас природа лідерства має соціально-психологічний характер, оскільки вплив лідера на інших людей та на соціальні групи відбувається виключно завдяки його специфічним психологічним якостям, насамперед харизмі. Ефективне використання лідером своєї соціально-психологічної природи вимагає знання ним психологічних характеристик людей, на яких він здійснює свій вплив, та характеристик організації, у складі якої вони виконують спільну діяльність. Уміння реалізувати ці можливості формується в системі освіти через організацію виявлення потенційних лідерів та наступної їх цілеспрямованої підготовки.

The contradictory nature of the phenomenon of leadership is due to the combination in it of the individual character of the personality of the leader and the public character of his manifestation. At the same time, the nature of leadership has a sociopsychological character, since the influence of the leader on other people and on social groups is due solely to his specific psychological qualities, primarily charisma. Effective use of the leader of his socio-psychological nature requires the knowledge of the psychological characteristics of people on whom he exercises his influence and the characteristics of the organization in which they perform joint activities. The ability to realize these opportunities is formed in the education system through the organization of identifying potential leaders and their subsequent focused training.
