Дослідження моделі складного інструменту − штампів холодного листового штампування

Abstract

При дослідженні адаптивної математичної моделі процесів інструментальної автоматизованої підготовки виробництва штампів та їх виготовлення вирішено важливу науково-технічну проблему − виготовлення штампів на кількох спеціалізованих підприємствах країни із застосуванням наскрізної комп'ютерної технології. Це дозволило вирішити ряд проблем, які різко збільшили кількість виготовлених інструментальних штампів в одному типорозмірі, скоротити трудомісткість і вартість виготовлення штампів в умовах ринкової економіки, підвищити ефективність і якість.The important technological problem, namely production of dies at several special-purpose enterprises of the country using open computer technique is solved as a result of analysis of the adaptive mathematical model of the processes of tooling computer-aided preproduction of dies and their manufacture. It has allowed us to solve a set of the tasks that leads to increase an amount of the manufactured die tooling of one dimension type, to reduce labour content and production cost of dies under the conditions of market economy, to improve efficiency and quality.
