Анотація
The work investigates the regularities of hydrodynamics and mass transfer in devices with jet-bubbling phase contact, which combine the properties of jet and bubbling systems. The influence of design and operating parameters (jet velocity, gas flow rate, nozzle diameter) on the mass transfer coefficient, flow structure, and gas holdup is determined. Experimental and numerical studies are carried out to clarify the criterion dependencies of the form Sh = f (ReL, ReG, Fr, We). A new design of a contact device featuring a multi-nozzle nozzle and directional baffles is proposed, which increases the mass transfer coefficient by 25–40 % while reducing energy consumption by 30 %. The results obtained serve as the basis for creating energy-efficient column devices for sorption, absorption, and biotechnological applications.
