dc.description.abstractРозглянуто використання системи оплати праці на основі грейдів на прикладі ПАТ "Світло шахтаря". В статті досліджені основні підходи до розробки системи грейдів для визначення базової винагороди працівникам різних категорій підприємства машинобудівної галузі. Наведено порядок розрахунку преміальної винагороди та проаналізовані ключові параметри, що забезпечують її формування відповідно до частки участі в її виконанні, як самого працівника, так і колективу. Надані пропозиції щодо удосконалення системи показників для управління матеріальною мотивацією фахівців та інших службовців промислового підприємства.uk
dc.description.abstractThe use of pay system based on grade as an example PC "Svet Shahtera". In the article the main approaches to the design grade system for determining the basic reward to employees of various categories of enterprise engineering industry. Shows the calculation of premium rewards and analyzed key factors that ensure its formation according to its share in the performance of both the employee and the team. The proposals on improvement of indicators for the management of financial motivation professionals and other employees of industrial enterprises. One of the most modern systems of remuneration are grading that best structures the size of employee benefits justifies the validity of payments and allows you to schedule career. Grade system is quite logical and accessible to realization of their own in almost any enterprise. Grade system requires careful study of the issue, especially its practical aspect, to get optimal results with minimal use of time, human and financial resources.
