Abstract
It is proven that the manager of the innovation and information project helps to allocate resources between the activities related to the project, helps to concentrate efforts on plans to achieve the future goals of the organization, and determines the deviations that exist at each stage of the project. The project manager must act as its defender, seek support from senior management.
