Анотація
Раскрыты актуальные вопросы современных проблем состояния рынка труда в Украине, а также рассмотрены подходы к их статистическому изучению. Выполнен анализ литературы, где определены понятия рынка труда в общем, занятости, безработицы, основные показатели для их количественной характеристики. Так же выполнен статистический анализ динамики занятости населения, конъюнктуры спроса и предложения рабочей силы и нагрузки на рабочие места по стране в целом и в региональном аспекте. Сделаны выводы о текущем состоянии рынка труда Украины, а также возможных мер по предотвращению безработицы.
Disclosed topical issues of contemporary problems of the labor market in Ukraine, as well as the approaches to their statistical study. Theoretical and methodological issues and aspects of statistical analysis and account number of the employed and unemployed people in Ukraine have a high relevance as voluntary or involuntary movement of labor is constant, continuous transition of the unemployed from the economically active population to total employment and vice versa. The intensity and direction of the process will never be noticed not only the Ukrainian citizens, but also the world community. The analysis of the literature, which defined the concept of the labor market in general, employment and unemployment, the main indicators for their quantitative characteristics. Just made a statistical analysis of the dynamics of employment, conditions of demand and supply of labor and burden on the jobs in the country in general and in the regional aspect. Were done the conclusions about the current state of the labor market in Ukraine, and about possible measures to prevent unemployment.
