Моральні засади майбутніх практичних психологів та шляхи їх розвитку

Abstract

В статті аналізується місце та роль моральних засад в структурі особистості професійного психолога. Розглядається вплив моральності практичного психолога на якість здійснення професійної діяльності. Вивчається сутність мораль-них засад та особливості їх прояву в різних сферах діяльності практичного психолога. Наводяться результати дослідження особливостей прояву моральних засад майбутніх психологів, що планують працювати у практичній площині. Описуються шляхи підвищення свідомої моральності майбутніх психологів як обов'язкової умови їх професійної компетентності.The article analyzes the place and role of moral foundations in the structure of the personality of a professional psychologist. The influence of the psychologist's morality on the quality of his professional activity is considered. The essence of moral principles and features of their manifestation in various spheres of activity of a practical psychologist is studied. The results of a study of the features of the manifestation of moral principles and the foundations of future psychologists are given. The ways of increasing the conscious morality of future psychologists are described as an obligatory condition for their professional competence.
