Неологізми в українській військовій термінології: лексико-семантичні особливості

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню лексико-семантичних особливостей термінів-неологізмів, джерел їх походження та специфіки застосування у військово-науковому дискурсі. Встановлено, що лексико-семантична система форсовано реагує та віддзеркалює основні зміни, які мають прямий зв’язок із реаліями життя. Зазначене черговий раз свідчить про вплив екстралінгвальних факторів на динаміку словникового складу мови. Розкрито генезу становлення військової термінології в Україні, коротко охарактеризовано кожен із етапів. Подано авторську позицію відносно необхідності доповнення вже існуючої класифікації (за основу взято систему основних етапів розвитку військової термінології Яценко Я.). У вигляді схеми відображено напрямки взаємодії військової термінології із іншими галузями науки. Окреслено роль і значення стандартів НАТО у напрямку збагачення української військової терміносистеми. З’ясовано, що більшість з них орієнтовані на позначення зброї, амуніції чи технічного оснащення. Наголошено, що директиви, статути, правила внутрішнього розпорядку регламентують життя та діяльність військ у різних умовах професійної діяльності та в ході проведення бойових дій. Для цього типу неологізмів властивий спокійний діловий стиль викладу, пряма вказівка на те, що необхідно робити, як і в якій послідовності, тим самим мінімізуючи будь-яку двозначність чи непорозуміння. Практична частина роботи полягає у виявленні та систематизації моделей творення військової термінології. Більш ґрунтовно досліджено проблематику термінологічних запозичень. Наведено приклади термінологічного донорства неологізмів із української мови в англійську, а також частовживаних абревіатур, що є результатом популярного способу творення військових термінів в Україні та світі.The article is devoted to the study of the lexical-semantic features of neologism terms, the sources of their origin and the specifics of their use in the military-scientific discourse. It was established that the lexicalsemantic system forcibly reacts and reflects the main changes that have a direct connection with the realities of life. This once again indicates the influence of extralingual factors on the dynamics of the vocabulary of the language. The genesis of the formation of military terminology in Ukraine is revealed, and each of the stages is briefly described. The author’s position is presented regarding the need to supplement the already existing classification (the system of the main stages of the development of military terminology Yatsenko Y. is taken as a basis). In the form of a scheme, the directions of interaction of military terminology with other branches of science are reflected. The role and significance of NATO standards in the direction of enriching the Ukrainian military terminology system are outlined. It was found that most of them are focused on the designation of weapons, ammunition or technical equipment. It is emphasized that directives, statutes, rules of internal procedure regulate the life and activities of troops in various conditions of professional life and during hostilities. This type of neologism is characterized by a calm business style of presentation, a direct indication of what needs to be done, how and in what sequence, thereby minimizing any ambiguity or misunderstanding. The practical part of the work consists in identifying and systematizing models of creating military terminology. The problem of terminological borrowings is more thoroughly investigated. Examples of the terminological donation of neologisms from the Ukrainian language into English, as well as frequently used abbreviations, are given, which is the result of a popular way of creating military terms in Ukraine and the world.
