Військова психологія: ретроспективний аналіз та подальший розвиток

Abstract

Стаття присвячена ретроспективному аналізу основних етапів становлення та розвитку військової психології як складника психологічної науки другої половини ХІХ-початку XXI ст. Основну увагу приділено дослідженню особливостей діяльності військових психологів України новітнього періоду. Конкретизовано напрями роботи військових психологів та здійснено пошук перспективних шляхів психологічного забезпечення в сучасних умовах. Пропонується зосередити зусилля на створенні у Збройних Силах України Психологічної служби; удосконаленні системи професійно-психологічного добору військовослужбовців та наданні їм психологічної допомоги.The article is devoted the retrospective analysis of the basic stages of becoming and development of military psychology, as component psychological science, second half of ХІХ – of beginning of the XXI century. For the history it was called to render a psychological help a “man who fights”. Basic attention is spared research of features of activity of military psychologists of Ukraine of the newest period. It is rotined that among important achievements their efforts are create the scientific system of the psychological providing, the subject field of which engulfs personality of ordinary warrior and commander, psychology of military collective. Military psychology probes the all more question of psychology of activity of servicemen in the special terms, becomes an inalienable attribute during preparation of personnel to implementation of tasks by soldiery parts and subsections during the leadthrough of anti-terror operation on the East of Ukraine. Work of military psychologists assignments are specified and the search of perspective ways of the psychological providing is carried out in modern terms. It is suggested to concentrate effort on creation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine the system of psychological preparation, support and recovery capabilities of personnel of military units and units of the forces of anti-terror operation by creation of Psychological service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; improvement of the system of professional psychological selection of personnel and providing them with psychological help.
