Abstract
Предприятие как первичное структурное звено экономики представляет собой кибернетическую, производственно-хозяйственную и социально-экономическую системы. Авторы статьи выделяют институциональный подход к предприятию. С этой точки зрения определяется индекс эффективности его деятельности.
