Зміст та структура педагогічної культури майбутніх викладачів закладів вищої освіти як важливий компонент професійної діяльності фахівця

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто педагогічну культуру майбутнього викладача, вивчено теоретичний зміст та її співвідношення із професійною культурою та діяльністю. Проведено аналіз думки з питань поетапної зміни змісту, структури та методологічної бази формування педагогічної культури. Наведено сучасне уявлення про складові досліджуваної дефініції здобувачів освітнього рівня магістр, а також представлено структуру педагогічної культури викладача та її значущі і найменш впливові на ефективність діяльності компоненти. Проведено анкетування щодо пріоритетності впливу елементів педагогічної культури на її рівень у цілому.The future teacher’s pedagogical culture, the theoretical content and its relationship with professional culture and activities are considered in this work. The analysis of opinions on the phased changes in the content, structure and methodological base of the formation of pedagogical culture was carried out. A modern understanding of the constituents of the study definition of applicants of the educational level of the master’s degree is given, and the structure of the teacher’s pedagogical culture and its significant and less influential components on the effectiveness of the activity are presented. A survey was conducted in order to find out the priority of the influence of the elements of pedagogical culture on its level in general.
