Особливості ціннісної моделі управління

Abstract

Досліджено елементи управління бізнесом в умовах Європейської інтеграції економіки України. Розроблено методологічний підхід до оцінювання умов розвитку бізнесу за показниками: інфляції; вартості кредитів; рівня оподаткування; корумпованості. Сформовані завдання менеджера: підбір працівників, здатних навчатися протягом життя та працювати в команді; використання знань працівниками; виховання у працівника почуття господаря; формування механізму групової логіки. Здійснено аналіз впливу умов господарювання на економічний розвиток бізнесу: зменшення рівнів управління; актуалізації самоуправління; залучення виконавців до формування завдань; високих темпів розвитку технологій; реалізації в цілях підприємства потенційних очікувань споживачів. Подано оцінку джерел довгострокового розвитку бізнесу та необхідних заходів топ-менеджменту. З одного боку, забезпечення оптимальної стратегії розвитку бізнесу – це обґрунтована оцінка рівня задоволеності споживачів, а з іншого – утримання талановитих працівників. Розглянуто умови, що визначають можливість розширення ринків збуту бізнесу з урахуванням міжнародних стандартів та конкуренції: захист прав інтелектуальної власності; вимоги до безпеки товарів; визначення ставок мита; сертифікацію походження товарів. У ході вирішення поставлених у дослідженні завдань на основі застосування методів аналізу та синтезу, логічного узагальнення здійснено аналіз підсистем управління для забезпечення розвитку національного бізнесу. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в розширенні методичного апарату діагностики управління (взаємозв'язку економічних цілей та цінностей, соціального проектування, розвитку соціальних партнерств) в умовах Європейської інтеграції. Узагальнено діяльність менеджерів із метою отримання стійких умов реалізації інновацій: запровадження нових проектів; індивідуалізації заробітної плати; оцінювання результатів працівників. Обговорено користь та можливі ризики ціннісного управління бізнесом: конфлікт цінностей; наявність у людей певних етичних норм; відсутність єдності етичних норм в бізнесі. Поданий у роботі методологічний підхід є інструментом вільного вибору елементів аналізу та управління, залежно від об'єкта господарювання.

The elements of business management under the conditions of the European integration of the Ukrainian economy have been studied. A methodological approach to the assessment of the conditions for business development has been developed in terms of such indicators as: inflation, the cost of loans, the level of taxation, corruption. The tasks of the manager have been formed: the selection of employees who are able to study during life and work in a team, the use of knowledge by workers, upbringing of the owner's feelings, formation of the mechanism of group logic. The influence of economic conditions on the economic development of business has been analyzed: reduction of management levels; actualization of self-government, involvement of performers in the formation of tasks; high rates of technology development; realization of potential expectations of consumers for the purposes of the enterprise. The sources of long-term business development and necessary measures for top management have been evaluated. Ensuring an optimal business development strategy is, on the one hand, a reasonable assessment of the level of satisfaction of consumers, and, on the other hand, retention of talented employees. The conditions that determine the possibility of expanding the markets for business taking into account international standards and competition have been studied: the protection of intellectual property rights; requirements for the safety of goods; determination of duty rates; certification of the origin of goods. In the course of solving the tasks posed in the research, based on the use of the methods of analysis and synthesis, logical generalization, the subsystem management has been analyzed to ensure the development of national business. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the expansion of the methods of management diagnostics (interrelation of economic goals and values, social design, development of social partnerships) under the conditions of European integration. The activity of managers has been generalized in order to obtain stable conditions for the implementation of innovations: the implementation of new projects, individualization of wages, evaluation of the performance of employees. The advantages and possible risks of value management of business have been discussed: the conflict of values, the existence of certain ethical norms observed by people, lack of unity of ethical standards in business. The methodological approach presented in the work is an instrument of free choice of the elements of analysis and management, depending on the object of management.
