Реструктуризация как инструмент повышения стратегической устойчивости предприятия

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы определения сущности реструктуризации предприятий, выявлены направления стратегической устойчивости предприятия. Рассматривается отсутствие четкого определения понятия «реструктуризация», доказательством чего служат приведенные в качестве примера определения данного понятия различными ведущими учеными и экономистами. Произведен поиск сходств и различий данного понятия с другими экономическими категориями. Определены и обоснованы факторы внешней среды, влияющие на возникновение необходимости реструктуризации предприятия, а также основные составляющие стратегической устойчивости промышленного предприятия.

The questions of definition of the essence of the enterprise restructuring have been analyzed in the article; the areas of strategic stability of the company have been identified. The lack of clear definition of the term «restructuring» has been reviewed, which is proved by the provided example of the definitions of the concept by different the leading scientists and economists. The search for the similarities and differences of the concept in comparison with other economic categories has been performed. The environmental factors influencing the occurrence of the need to restructure the enterprise have been defined and specified, as well as the basic components of the strategic stability of the industrial enterprise.
