The main purpose – learn how to create a web application that displays information contained in a database table on a web page, and also provides CRUD operations using Hibernate. 1 Acquiring the skills of connecting a database to a Java project and implementing CRUD using object-relational mapping technology using classes and methods of the Hibernate library. 2 Improving the skills of creating web pages on the basic technologies of Java Server Pages (JSP) and using the Java Standart Tag Library (JSTL) in their development. 3 Improving the skills of developing user friendly applications. 4 Improving the skills of creating servlets, taking into account the peculiarities of data use. 5 Acquiring skills to control the correctness of data entered into the database.
