Abstract

To implement an effective activity of industrial enterprises need to review the management of resources. The paper presents a new mechanism for the development strategy of the industrial enterprise. The mechanism consists of the main phases: analysis of development opportunities, resource analysis, the development of strategies for managing resources for a given direction of development, implementation and monitoring results. Practical will have been use of the mechanism enterprise resource management (with use ERP) and it will have been increase efficiency and flexibility in the management in current economic conditions.
