Джерела інвестування інноваційних проектів з урахуванням ризику їх неповернення

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості фінансового забезпечення інноваційної діяльності підприємств. Охарактеризовано різні їх види. Відображено структуру джерел фінансування інноваційної діяльності в Україні, визначено особливості залучення позикових фінансових ресурсів як джерела фінансування інноваційних проектів у сучасних умовах функціонування економіки.

Innovative investment activity can provide one of the main objectives of investing – profit making. The purpose of the article is to study the sources of financing of innovation activity in Ukraine, their types, peculiarities of their application in the system of financing of enterprise innovations and possible risks of nonreturn of funds to investors. The system of resource provision of innovative projects includes the following sources of investment: mobilization of own funds of the economic entity implementing the innovation project; mobilization of a business entity of borrowed funds; mobilization for implementation of the innovative project of attracted funds. The budget financing of R & D in Ukraine in recent years has been decreasing as a result of increased spending on the country's defense capability, and the economic downturn. At the same time, the lack of funding for science can lead to irreversible processes associated with migration and retraining of personnel and the complete destruction of the material and technical base in this area, and so on. In the system of indicators of evaluation of real investment projects, the volume of investment costs, the level of net cash flow and the level of risk are of great importance. The concept, classification and methodological features of risk assessment of real investment projects related to innovation activities are the subject of special consideration when developing the financial plan of an innovative enterprise at the stage of pre-investment planning. Quantitatively assess the likelihood of a risk of non-return of investment is quite complicated, the results of calculations are based on calculations of the frequency of manifestation of a certain phenomenon, that is, the availability of certain statistics. Statistical calculations should be considered more objective, since they are based on objective (actual) data.
