Структура и критерии модели системы менеджмента качества ВУЗа

Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрена актуальная задача разработки единой базовой модели системы менеджмента качества (СМК) Украинских вузов. Предложен ряд критериев и требований, которые могут быть использованы для проведения самооценки и определения направлений для улучшения деятельности вуза, а также позволят вузам подготовиться к внешней проверке при проведении аттестационной экспертизы.

The actual task of development of single base model of the quality management system (QMS) of the Ukrainian institutes of higher education is considered in this article. The chain of criteria and requirements which can be used for the conducting of self-appraisal and determination of directions for the improvement of the activity of institute of higher education arc offered, and also they will allow the institutes of higher education to prepare for external verification during the attestation examination conducting.
