Роль непотизма в системе разрушающих факторов человеческого капитала

Abstract

В статье анализируются: роль непотизма как деструктивного фактора с точки зрения влияния на развитие человеческого капитала (личности и общества в целом), причины и последствия этого явления для развития страны. Особое внимание уделяется главным причинам системного кризиса в Украине за годы независимости: коррупции и олигархизации экономики; как следствие – значительному росту трудовой миграции – оттоку «мозгов» и «рук». Делается акцент на первичности нравственного начала в экономике, на производности её деградации от деградации человека.The role of nepotism as a destructive factor from the point view of influencing on the human resources development (an individual and a society on the whole), causes and effects of this phenomenon for development of the country are analyzed in this article. Much attention is given to the main causes of systemic crisis in Ukraine for the years of its independence – corruption and oligarchying of the economy; as the result – a substantial growth of labour migration – outflow of ‘brains’ and ‘hands’. It is specially noted that the moral problem is the basic one in economy and its degradation is derived of human being degradation.
