Abstract
In the article the characteristic impact of intellectual capital on the innovative development of the country. Resulted analyzed and influential factors of evaluation which gives a high probability of the actual state innovation development. Made analytical assessment of Ukrainian industrial complex. Identified the most stable trend of innovative development. Proposals to improve management innovation and make more informed decisions in the field of regulatory innovation policy.
