Особливості міжнародної передачі технологій

Abstract

У статті досліджено феномен міжнародного науково-технічного співробітництва. Проаналізовано еволюцію, основні сутнісні риси, моделі та тенденції розвитку локальних інноваційних об’єднань, їх участь у міжнародному науково-технічному співробітництві запропоновано пріоритети формування якісного механізму вдосконалення даної форми співробітництва в Україні.The article examines the phenomenon of international scientific and technical cooperation. Analyzed the evolution of key traits, patterns and trends of development of local innovation associations, their participation in international scientific and technical cooperation suggested priorities for establishing a quality improvement mechanism for this form of cooperation in Ukraine.
