dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто теоретичні основи організації обліку заробітної плати. Визначено головні завдання обліку праці й заробітної плати. Досліджено теоретичні та методологічні питання з організації обліку оплати праці,визначено головні проблемні питання щодо організації оплати праці. Система бухгалтерського обліку, зокрема праці та її оплати перебуває в процесі реформування і потребує постійного моніторингу та наукового супроводу для подолання недосконалостей. Організація обліку оплати праці залишається несистемним, не відповідає цілям реформування та викликам сьогодення.uk
dc.description.abstractThe article describes the theoretical bases of the organization payroll. Identify the main tasks of accounting and wages. Theoretical and methodological issues concerning the arrangement of payment, the main problem issues identified by the organization wages. The accounting system, in particular the work and its payment is in the process of reforming and requires constant monitoring and scientific support to overcome imperfections. Organization of the account of wages is non-systemic, not consistent with the objectives of reform and the challenges of our time. In modern conditions of Ukraine proper and effective accounting of labor costs has become not only a means of compliance with current legislation, but also a source of reliable information for further monitoring and control labor costs. Consider also the accounting reform and ways of improving the current accounting model. Organization of accounting work and pay with one of the most important areas of your work. Depends upon company spending, quality, honesty, fairness, completeness and timeliness of payments to staff on pay.en
