The development of a transport enterprise requires a comprehensive marketing program that integrates strategic planning, market analysis, and customer-oriented approaches. Such a program ensures the effective positioning of transport services, the identification of competitive advantages, and the adaptation to dynamic market conditions. By combining tools of market segmentation, branding, pricing strategies, and communication channels, the program enhances customer loyalty and expands market share.
