Уявлення про майбутню професію та образ "я-професіонал" майбутніх інженерів

Abstract

У статті розглянуті особливості уявлень студентів-інженерів випускних курсів про майбутню професію, її місце у світі інших професій, необхідних функціональних обов'язків і необхідних професійно значимих якостей, тобто уявлення про професіоналізм діяльності та професіоналізм особистості. Визначений семантичний простір уявлень студентів-випускників про соціальні ролі і професії. Розкрито особливості суб’єктивного відношення до себе та професіонала. Встановлено, що в цілому майбутні інженери мають адекватне уявлення про власну професію, вимоги до неї з боку психологічних характеристик, однак далеко не всі, за власною думкою, відповідають цим вимогам. У дослідженні загалом прийняло участь 107 респондентів. Джерел – 5.

The article deals with the peculiarities of the understandings of final years students of their future engineering profession, its place in the world of other professions, the necessary functional duties and necessary professionally significant qualities, that is with the understanding of activity professionalism and personal professionalism. The semantic space of graduate students’ understandings of social roles and a profession is defined. The peculiarities of the subjective attitude to themselves and to the professional are analyzed. It is established that in general the future engineers have an adequate understanding of their own profession, of the requirements to the profession from the side of psychological characteristics, however, on their own opinion, not all of them conform to these requirements.
