Abstract

Перспективне використання ФВА в системі керування підприємством, зокрема для рішення питань удосконалювання організаційної структури апарата, уточнення функцій окремих підрозділів з орієнтуванням на кінцеві функції, аналізу документообігу, характеру й спрямованості розпоряджень, проведення різного роду нарад, оцінки ефективності відряджень. ФВА можна успішно застосовувати також в організації підготовки й перепідготовки кадрів при визначенні програм навчання й приведенні їх у відповідність із тими функціями, які виконує той або інший виконавець.Prospectively the use of FSA in the enterprise management system, in particular to address issues of improving the organizational structure of the staff, clarification of functions of individual units with a focus on ultimate functions, analysis of documents, the nature and direction of orders, conduct various kinds of meetings, assessment of the effectiveness of the mission. Systematic cost-benefit analysis finds its expression in greater technical and economic efficiency of the system or subsystem that ensures the competitiveness and profitability of industrial and commercial activities. FSA can be also successfully used in the organization of training and retraining of personnel in determining training programs and aligning them with the functions that are performed by a particular performer.
