Анотація
Наведено результати дослідження проблем управління промисловими підприємствами за умов національної кризи. Структуровані особливості виживання національних промислових підприємств.Запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення рівня соціальної відповідальності національних промислових підприємств. Проаналізовано світовий досвід управління промисловими підприємствами за умов військової агресії. Визначено особливості національних моделей соціальної відповідальності. Приведено головні напрямки соціальних програм.
Results of research of problems of management of industrial enterprises in the conditions of nationalcrisis. Structured features of the survival of the national industrial enterprises. Proposed measures to increase the level of social responsibility of the national industrial enterprises. Analyzed international experience of management of industrial enterprises in the conditions of military aggression. The features of national models of social responsibility. The main directions of social programs: the administrative budget; the code of the enterprise; the mission of social responsibility of the enterprise; the priorities of social policy; social programs. Integration activities for improving social responsibility in the overall strategy of industrial enterprises of Ukraine will help to reduce social tensions in the society, to tackle urgent economic issues, to improve the morale of Ukrainians. The main stages of social program management: setting priorities for the enterprise; the creation of a governance structure; training; implementation of social programs; evaluation of the results.
