Економічний механізм управління підприємством

Abstract

В статті розглядається сутність поняття "економічний механізм управління підприємством", його структура та складові елементи. На основі існуючих наукових праць запропоновано загальну схему економічного механізму управління підприємством. Окреслено основні фактори, що впливають на економічний механізм управління підприємством. Зазначено основні принципи побудови економічного механізму управління підприємством. Приділено увагу таким елементам, як інноваційний менеджмент та система менеджменту якості.The article considers an essence of the notion "economic mechanism of enterprise management", its interconnection with the notion "economical mechanism", its structure and main components. Different approaches to the definition of "economic mechanism" are analyzed. On the basis of existing scientific papers a general outline of economic mechanism of enterprise management has been proposed. The main factors, which effect on economic mechanism of enterprise management are outlined. The main principles of constructing an economic mechanism of enterprise management are indicated. Attention is given to such elements, as innovation management and quality management system, which have to be implemented into economic mechanism of management of enterprise as a response to continually changing external environment.
