Abstract

У доповіді обґрунтовано підхід до розгляду стартапу як комплексного об’єкта інтелектуальної власності. Визначено структуру інтелектуальних активів стартапу, особливості їх правового захисту та значення для залучення інвестицій. Доведено, що ефективне управління правами інтелектуальної власності є ключовим чинником капіталізації та конкурентоспроможності стартапів в умовах інноваційної економіки.The report substantiates an approach to considering a startup as a complex object of intellectual property. It defines the structure of a startup’s intellectual assets, the specifics of their legal protection, and their importance for attracting investment. It is demonstrated that effective management of intellectual property rights is a key factor in the capitalization and competitiveness of startups in an innovation-driven economy.
