| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to explore the obstacles organizations encounter when attempting to adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) effectively, with a focus on psychological, organizational, and ethical challenges. The study seeks to propose strategies to minimize resistance, foster trust, and facilitate the seamless integration of AI technologies into business practices. Methodology. A qualitative approach was used, incorporating an extensive analysis of existing literature and real-world case studies to uncover the root causes of resistance to AI. The research emphasizes factors such as psychological apprehensions, organizational hurdles, and ethical dilemmas, while offering strategic frameworks and actionable recommendations to tackle these barriers. Findings. Psychological resistance arises from fears of job displacement and distrust in AI, while organizational challenges stem from misaligned objectives and deep-seated cultural norms. Ethical issues, such as bias, accountability, and data privacy concerns, further complicate widespread AI adoption. Recommended strategies include promoting transparency, aligning AI projects with organizational goals, establishing strong governance frameworks, and addressing ethical challenges to enhance implementation efforts. Practical Applications. The study provides actionable insights for business leaders and policymakers, such as fostering openness, investing in workforce training, and upholding ethical standards. These recommendations are essential for building trust and securing stakeholder buy-in. Original Contribution. This research introduces a novel framework to address resistance to AI by integrating psychological, organizational, and ethical perspectives. By combining theoretical insights with practical strategies, it empowers organizations to unlock the transformative potential of AI while adhering to societal and moral values. | |
