Соціальне партнерство як основа забезпечення результативності дуальної освіти

Abstract

Розглянуто управлінський аспект реалізації соціального партнерства у дуальній освіті, що якісно представлений у роботі Криворізького кабінету Навчально-методичного центру професійно-технічної освіти, який здійснює цікавий методичний супровід проєктів соціального партнерства: створення галузевих фахових рад, Ради соціального партнерства, Школи соціального підприємництва, Школи впровадження нових виробничих технологій, що є практичними кроками з оновлення навчально-виробничої взаємодії, у центрі якої – кваліфікований фахівець із перспективою працевлаштування у вітчизняного роботодавця. Згідно з проаналізованими емпіричними даними пропозиціями щодо забезпечення результативності дуальної освіти стали налагодження зворотного зв'язку та методичний супровід проєктів соціального партнерства.Тhis article deals with the managerial aspect of the implementation of social partnership in dual education which is qualitatively presented in the work of the Kryvyi Rih Cabinet of the Educational and Methodical Center (EMC) of Vocational and Technical Education (VTE). It provides interesting methodical support for social partnership projects: the creation of sectorial expert councils, the Council of Social Partnership, the School of Social Enterprise, the School of Implementation of New Production Technologies. They are practical steps to renew of educational and industrial interaction. At the center there is a qualified specialist with the prospect of employment with a domestic employer. According to the analyzed empirical data, suggestions for ensuring the effectiveness of dual education were the establishment of feedback and methodical support of social partnership projects.
