Анотація
Спорт і фізична культура в Україні функціонують зараз у вигляді різноманітних фізкультурних і спортивних організацій. В цілому роботу по фізичній культурі і спорту проводять декілька тисяч спортивних організацій. Керівникам і персоналу цих організацій щоденно треба вирішувати широке коло питань і проблем. Користуючись професійною мовою, керівники і персонал займаються спортивним менеджментом. В умовах комерціалізації економіки спорту, становлення спортивної галузі як окремої економічної категорії і по мірі розвитку суспільства фізична активність і спорт все ширше проникають у всі сфери життя людей, стає невід'ємною частиною життєдіяльності. Метою дослідження є ефективність менеджменту у сфері спорту та аналіз існуючих напрямків зарубіжного менеджменту. Основи менеджменту та його місія і функції у сфері фізичного виховання і спорту; аналіз ефективності менеджменту інших країн у сфері професійного спорту та у діяльності спортивних клубів. Підвищення впливу фізичної культурі і спорту на економіку країни, поява і розвиток індустрії спорту – це найбільш яскраві та явні ознаки того, що спорт потребує не тільки професійних спортсменів і тренерів, а і професійних менеджерів і економістів. Саме "управлінці" вищого класу можуть раціонально вести фінансово-господарську діяльність спортивної організацій, ведучи її до успіху.
Currently, millions of people around the world lead a healthy lifestyle, part of which are physical exercise and health gymnastics, participation in sports competitions. High rates of development in recent decades and high-performance sports, gradually turning into a whole industry of sports and entertainment events. Physical culture and sport in modern society is an important factor in supporting and strengthening people's health, improving their culture, a way of communication, active leisure, an alternative to bad habits. At the same time, physical education and sport have an intense impact on the economic sphere of life of the state and society: the quality of the workforce, foreign economic activity, tourism and other economic indicators Sports and physical culture in Ukraine now function in the form of various sports and sports organizations. In General, the work in physical education and sport carried out a few of the thousands of sports organizations. The leaders and staff of these organizations need to address a wide range of issues and concerns on a daily basis. Using professional language, managers and staff are engaged in sports management. In the conditions of commercialization of the economy of sports, the formation of the sports industry as a separate economic category and as society develops, physical activity and sport are increasingly penetrating into all spheres of people's lives, becoming an integral part of life. The purpose of the study of the effectiveness of management in the field of sports and analysis of existing areas of foreign management. Fundamentals of management and its mission and functions in the field of physical education and sports; analysis of the effectiveness of management in other countries in the field of professional sports and sports clubs. Increasing the influence of physical culture and sports on the economy of the country, the emergence and development of the sports industry – these are the most striking and clear signs that sport needs not only professional athletes and coaches, but also professional managers and economists. It is the "managers" of the high class who can rationally conduct financial and economic activities of sports organizations, leading it to success.
