Анотація
У статті на основі вивчення наукової літератури та сучасного стану професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів проаналізовано взаємозалежність вимог суспільства, які висувають до майбутніх фахівців, і зміст їхньої освіти; виявлено значущу роль інтегрованого змісту формування корпоративної культури майбутніх менеджерів у підвищенні якості їхньої професійної підготовки.
The article based on the study of the scientific literature and modern state of vocational training of the future managers analyzed the interdependence of the requirements of society, shown to the future experts and content of their education. Efforts to comply with the peculiarities of modern business development leads to the priority command and control, the democratization of business processes, the dominance of cultural factors, corporate thinking. This leads to the need to enhance culturological component of training future managers, the formation of their knowledge, skills, values which ensure the implementation of management activities on the basis of responsibility, cooperation, tolerance to his colleagues, that is reproduced in the corporate culture of these specialists. However, problems of justification the maintenance of vocational training of the future managers and determination the characteristics of the implementation of pedagogical conditions of formation of corporate culture of experts in a technical collegeremain insufficiently studied, defining the role of integrative content in the process. The leveling of the corporate training component due to prioritization of basic knowledge, skills happens. That is, there is an inconsistency with the content of the training content of the labor market requirements and the need for professionals who meet these requirements. Therefore, understanding of the interpenetration of the ways of unity of knowledge and skills acquires relevance through the integration of the process of formation of corporate culture of the future managers in the process of their professional training in order to streamline general and specialized knowledge and skills into a coherent picture of ordered relations and interactions that play a significant role to improve the quality of their training.
