Анотація
It has been proven that there is no correct idea about outsourcing among domestic managers. It is believed that outsourcing is expensive, takes a long time to complete and requires additional control on the part of the client and the supplier, so not every company is ready to bear these risks. Personnel outsourcing is a search for the most optimal solution to the problems of managing individual production functions of the company, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of business processes in the organization. In this case, the enterprise focuses on solving more important tasks in the management of key business processes of the enterprise.
