Анотація
У статті на основі аналізу літератури визначено і доповнено зміст поняття "готовності" майбутніх інженерів-програмістів до професійної діяльності. Докладно окреслено характеристику діяльності майбутніх інженерів-програмістів, визначено її специфіку, розглянуто важливі етапи діяльності інженера-програміста при розробці програмних продуктів, які мають бути відображеними у їхній професійній підготовці. Розглянуто і проаналізовано структурні компоненти професійної готовності взагалі і, виходячи з особливостей професійної підготовки інженерів-програмістів, визначені структурні компоненти їх готовності до професійної діяльності, а зокрема – мотиваційний, когнітивний, діяльнісний, особистісний.
In the article, based on the analysis of literature, the content of the concept "readiness of future programmer -engineers for professional activity" is defined and elaborated. The definition "readiness of future programmers-engineers for professional activity" was extended with such characteristics of competence as knowledge, skills, quality, and, according to a competent approach, with the student's ability to realize knowledge and to carry out certain activities. We define "the readiness of future programmers-engineers for professional activity" as a complex, integrative, personal entity consisting of knowledge, skills, motivation, orientation, qualities and abilities of the individual, which collectively provide an opportunity to carry out professional activities successfully and competently. The characteristics of programmer-engineers’ professional activity are defined in detail, its specificity is determined, the important stages of the programmer-engineers’ professional activity in the development of software products are considered in relation to the structural components. This specificity should be considered and reflected in their professional training. Structural components of professional readiness in general are considered and analyzed, and, based on the peculiarities of the professional training of programmer-engineers, definite structural components of their readiness for professional activity: motivational, cognitive, activity-related, and personal are specified, in particular. The structural components are analyzed and characterized within the programmer-engineers’ professional activity. It is shown that every structural component is relied on the phases of a unified software development process that includes four phases: analysis and requirements planning, design, construction and implementation of the software product.
